Our legal team will prepare the power of attorney, share transfer agreement, escrow agreement and board resolutions required to facilitate the change. These documents will be prepared in both German and English. Our clients are required to sign and notarize the same in their countries. Thereafter, the documents should be legalized with a local German embassy before couriering the same to Germany. The approval process will take approximately 1 week.
